Hi there—I’m Becky Spassov, a long-time fan of the em dash, and an Instructional Designer and Training Specialist. I love questions with no easy answers, frameworks that help people get unstuck, and tools that clarify complex information.

I have 20+ years of combined experience in content and people development as a corporate trainer and team leader, an internal communications specialist, and a coach.

I’ve designed materials and led new hire onboarding to quickly scale departments; collaborated with subject matter experts and department heads to identify skill gaps and new initiative opportunities; and worked with leadership to create workshops to aid adoption of the company’s core values.
